Mr. Adhik Botre is a dynamic second-generation entrepreneur at ADHIK GROUP, representing a blend of modern business thinking and deeply rooted family values. He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Family Business and Entrepreneurship, giving him a strong understanding of legacy management, structured growth, and long-term value creation.
Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Group, Mr. Botre leads and oversees the Fine Dining, Café, and Resto Café verticals, with a sharp focus on brand building, customer experience, process standardisation, and profitability. His hands-on approach ensures that each outlet reflects the Group’s commitment to quality, consistency, and authentic hospitality.
Strongly inspired by his father and mentor, Mr. Vijay S. Botre, Mr. Adhik Botre carries forward a vision shaped by discipline, humility, and relentless hard work.
